1.              Delivery schedule.
 a)        Advanced Warehouse Solutions has engaged the services of courier companies that can normally deliver goods within 5-10 business days. This period commences from the time funds used to pay for a customer’s order have been confirmed and cleared.
b)        Goods despatched via Australia Post or courier company are dependent on their delivery schedules.
 c)         There may be extenuating factors which impact delivery schedules including Christmas and long weekend congestion, or shipment delays into our warehouse.  Advanced Warehouse Solutions shall endeavor to notify you if there is an event likely to affect the delivery of your order. If you have not received your order within the timeframe indicated, contact Advanced Warehouse Solutions immediately.
2.              Conditions of delivery.
 a)        The delivery address provided by the customer and the size of the order will determine the transport method and courier to be used.
b)         Orders will be delivered to the 'Contracted Address' as shown in the Order Form and confirmed in the Order Confirmation Notification.  Advanced Warehouse Solutions will not 'on ship' to another address after the order has been dispatched.
c)         If a customer’s address is within a new estate or in a remote area, customers should provide full details to assist the courier with delivery and to minimise delay.  These details should be in the “Special Instructions” section of the order.  If the courier cannot locate the address, Advanced Warehouse Solutions will notify the customer by telephone or email.
d)        Courier companies will not call customers to confirm delivery schedules even if Advanced Warehouse Solutions requests this service on your behalf. If there is no one at the premises to receive an order, the courier will leave a calling card with details of how to collect the order or arrange another delivery time.
e)        If a customer agrees to a delivery being left at the premises and not signed for, Advanced Warehouse Solutions shall not be liable for goods delivered under these circumstances.  The customer will be considered to be the owner of the goods and therefore responsible for its safe-keeping upon delivery regardless of any arrangements made directly with the courier company.
f)         If an order is returned to Advanced Warehouse Solutions by the courier company for any reason, the order will not be re-despatched until new shipping charges have been paid by the customer to cover the cost of the resend. In this instance, Advanced Warehouse Solutions reserves the right to withhold the order until new shipping charges have been paid. If the customer does not wish to pay for shipping of the re-despatch and wishes to cancel the order, Advanced Warehouse Solutions shall refund the cost of the order less the original shipping charges plus an administrative fee of fifty dollars ($50-00). If the total order is less than the cost of the shipping and administrative fee, then there will be no refund to the customer.
